Refund Policy:
We do not have to provide a full refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
Whilst we go to every effort to achieve accuracy, the colours of the fabrics as depicted online cannot be guaranteed due to variances beyond our control e.g computer monitor settings. We offer a sampling service to avoid disappointment. If you have chosen not to utilise this service, we can decline any online shopping return requests.
If the goods are faulty or the incorrect product has been sent, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
Exchange Policy:
We do not have to provide an exchange on non faulty products, however an exchange or store credit may be provided at the discretion of the sales staff. With cut fabrics this exchange would incur a 20% cutting fee.
Please note that it is not guaranteed that you will be offered this option, so please choose carefully. We highly recommend utilising our free sampling service to avoid disappointment.
